I did all the level three classes in the challenge. Three of them were perfectly sequenced and the others were so and so. Some of classes had too many sun salutations in them, and they did not include asanas that counter the effects of chaturungas on the shoulder. It would have been helpful if more asanas are included to open the abdomen after the core classes such as purvotasana and septa virasana.

When the student is ready the teacher will appear, well Mia your Chakra yoga has changed my & now my husbands life (he wanted some of what I had going on & had to try himself... now 3 months later for him). Mia I didn't know I had so many tired muscles. I worked through the whole class sometimes smiling and other times feeling like my body was getting stronger and awakening. I love the discipline my body reacted to and I never missed a class as I was always excited to receive your e-mail. I need to practice everyday and I can see my body changing. I used to love taking Yogaworks classes in Soho and sadly moved to a rural New England area, I am so happy to be practicing again with your incredible instructors in the comforts of my home looking out into nature. The advanced level classes are top notch and so much better than what is being offered at the local studios here. I love the extra workshops with details of difficult poses that I've always wanted to master and will continue my journey towards getting there. I was blessed to live across the street from Yogaworks Midtown in Baltimore and loved it. I went to 3-4 classes/week with my student membership back in those days. Now I'm in Chicago for work post-graduation and I really really miss my studio. I learned about My Yogaworks a few months after I moved to Chicago and took advantage of the Black Friday sale...now I'm hooked and I also miss my studio even more! This is such great quality and the challenge has really reinvigorated my practice after a good amount of time away from my mat. Thank you!!

I took the class from Kim last night and had taken it several times before because for such a short succinct class it covers all that my body needs in such an organized, progressive way. This class had become my go-to class because I have some problems with poses that were once easy to do due to arthritis. This week of challenge has be great and now I have new teachers to practice with whom I've experienced this last week! I am signed up for yoga works on line through this whole year. Coming back to yoga at home has been a wonderful homecoming. The quality of instruction is excellent and with the students in the on line classes, i feel like I am in a studio practicing. Thank you!

With less time for a longer practice, I opted for the Level 2 Intermediate, which is where I put my practice (most days), but I was tired yesterday and it felt heavy on the flow and light on the warriors. That said, it was a good workout and I felt better after my practice. I think I might have done better with the Level 1, and I continue to enjoy the selected courses and am excited to try others!

Hi Vanessa! I went ahead and checked your account, and it looks like Day 1 and 2 are already completed. To verify this, previous days will be filled green. This happens automatically when you finish a video, so you won't need to check it off manually. Any days that have not been completed will be gray until and you will see the "MARK COMPLETE" option. I love the prescribed classes. Even though I can choose, it's nice to have different levels on a specific theme, and shorter classes somedays--more sustainable in the longer term. I was tired today and really dragging, and this helped clear the fog and left me feeling more relaxed and open.

I did the beginner's detox today, and it is as though My Yoga Works read my mind, because those twists were exactly what I needed. Sometimes I need some yoga in my day but feel like a failure if I'm not up to a 60 minute session. Allowing myself to do a 20 minute session is really just a wonderful boost for mind and body. I'm picking back up my journey and practice with yoga, and I am so grateful to be here.

I did the beginner Detox and feel lighter and can move very easily now. I was very tight and had some lower back stiffness but after my workout I feel like smiling and am ready for my evening activities. My muscles are all smiling!!!!!!1

Wow! That was a really challenging and oxygenating practice. Vytas has a great way of providing instruction and Liz is so strong. Loved it! I have so much trouble with standing balances. I wobble and fall over. I feel pretty strong in everything else. Any tips? I sure need help.

Lori is such a calming presence with great cuing. Her class is soooo enjoyable and I love all the classes she teaches. Of all the teachers, and you have many great ones, I enjoy her voice (the tone, the pacing, the cuing) the most.

Yoga Break was a good start, and I can't wait to try others. The challenge will be good in pushing me to build a daily practice--whatever that practice may look like on a given day. And getting to try different videos with a variety of teachers helps with new cues and making connections I hadn't before. Great challenge!

i commit to this challenge. it is of reasonable duration but long enough. The level 1 by Romy gave enough of time and space to settle into the poses and she covered the whole body. i look forward to the variety of choices of teacher, type and length of class each day.
