If you haven't already, we encourage you to take a few minutes to think about your intentions for this challenge. Why did you decide to do it, what are you hoping to gain, and how do you expect it to benefit you thereafter? After you've set an intention, join us in practicing yoga everyday over the next week to form a healthy habit for 2018 and beyond!
