Day 1
Yoga doesn’t have to be about the fancy poses! Practice some of the most important and functional poses in this short class. Recommended props: 1 block, 1 blanket
Day 2
Get on your mat every day no matter how much time you have with this quick practice.
Day 3
Cultivate core strength in this sequence that not only builds power in the abdomen, but helps the overall health of your spine.
Day 4
Take a look at some of the common misalignments of plank pose, and then practice this powerful upper body, core and leg strengthener.
Day 5
Practice how to use the back leg in your standing poses so you can get the most out of them. Recommended props: 2 blocks
Day 6
Start on the power yoga series with this class focused on poses that give you strength and stability.
Day 7
Nurture yourself, find some balance and reconnect with your inner body. Though this healing practice is just 20 minutes, it will restore you from the inside out. If you don't have blankets, use beach towels. If you don't have a strap, use a belt or bathrobe tie. Recommended props: 2 blankets, 1 strap, 1 bolster
Day 8
Build core awareness and strength and notice an increase in vitality, stamina and overall ease in your body.
Day 9
Squeeze a quick practice into your busy schedule when you're short on time, but want a well-rounded practice. Recommended props: 1 block, 1 strap
Day 10
Get your heart rate up and your sweat on in this cardio class geared toward beginners. Recommended props:
Day 11
Warm up the spine with plenty of twists so you can get into dhanurasana, or bow pose, in this advanced beginners class. Recommended props: 2 blocks, 1 blanket, 1 strap
Day 12
Work out your lower body in this quick beginner's class that will ease you into your practice. Recommended props: 2 blocks
Day 13
Push yourself and strengthen your body in this class that focuses on basic poses as part of the power yoga series.
Day 14
Take a little bit of time every day for this foundational practice aimed at giving you a well rounded flow in a short period of time. Recommended props: 2 blocks, 1 strap
Day 1
Tone your core and glutes in just 10 minutes. If you want a little bit more, you can do part 2 for a 20 minute work out.
Day 2
This quick sequence of mostly sun salutes will wake you up and get you ready for your day.
Day 3
Build up your core strength in this 10 minute sequence that will have you feeling the burn in no time.
Day 4
Strengthen all the upper body muscles that help to stabilize you throughout your yoga practice. Recommended props: 1 block, 1 strap
Day 5
Get a complete lower body workout in just 20 minutes with this class that’s all about your base.
Day 6
Carve out a little time in your day for this quick flow that will leave you feeling great all over. Recommended props: 2 blocks, 1 strap
Day 7
Take time to slow down and do some deeper stretching - especially if you tend to do a lot of strong vinyasa flow classes. Recommended props: 2 blocks, 1 strap
Day 8
Address all the different muscles of your core in this class that aims to be strong and accessible.
Day 9
Energize your body with this practice that can fit in whenever your schedule permits. Recommended props: 1 block
Day 10
Strengthen and come alive with this thirty minute flow class. Recommended props: 1 block
Day 11
Detoxify your body and work up a sweat with this twisting sequence. If you don’t have a block, you can use a thick book or cushion. Recommended props: 1 block, 1 blanket
Day 12
This well rounded sequence focuses on strengthening your lower body.
Day 13
Get your day started right with a balanced flow that will wake up your senses and leave you feeling energized. Recommended props: 1 block, 1 strap
Day 14
Work your entire body in this flow practice that can easily fit into your day. Recommended props: 1 strap, 1 block
Day 1
Move between all variations of plank pose for about 8 minutes straight! We guarantee you'll be sore the next day. Can you master the plank challenge??
Day 2
This heat building yoga sequence will lead you to sun salute B.
Day 3
Feel the burn with this intense core sequence that works your core in every possible direction.
Day 4
Upper body toning yoga sequence leading to side plank and crow.
Day 5
Break and sweat and have some fun in this challenging sequence. Recommended props: 1 block
Day 6
Build strength in the upper body and stabilize the shoulder joint. Recommended props: 1 block
Day 7
Focuses on externally rotated standing and seated poses in this hip opening sequence. This video is a part of our Journey Series to Firefly Pose. Recommended props: 2 blocks, 1 blanket
Day 8
This intense sequence focuses on core, core, and more core. Don't worry about the burn - it's just muscle getting stronger!
Day 9
Get moving and set the tone for your day with this strong 30 minute flow. Recommended props: 2 blocks
Day 10
Strengthen your cardiovascular system with this fast moving class that builds tons of heat.
Day 11
May I please have the twist, cardio, core combo? Get your heart rate up, gain inner strength, and remove toxins with this challenging yoga sequence. Be sure to also try our yoga for detox journey series.
Day 12
You will tone your legs and glutes in this well rounded lower body sequence. Did you know we have an entire Yoga Butt Journey Series? Recommended props: 2 blocks
Day 13
Open your hips, flex those arms and wake up your core in this advanced class that is sure to liven up your day. Recommended props: 2 blocks, 1 blanket, 1 strap
Day 14
Strengthen and stretch your sides and tone your waist with this intense flow class. Recommended props: 1 block

i have been taking Yoga for over 20 years and i have to tell you that was the best beginner class i have ever taken. i really appreciated the way the instructor broke it all down was just what i needed after having a baby and getting back at it. i am moving on to level 2 cause i need so more of that. thanks the best.
