Looking for a practice with few inversions.
Tracey Thomas - -
I have a C4 and C5 compression that is exacerbated with inversions. Can anyone recommend a class that has few inversions?

Looking for yoga that will help my knees

I was hoping to find a class that might be helpful for the arthritis in my knees. Any suggestions? I don't see something like that available.
No props?
Marilyn Day - -

thank you

That was very relaxing. I needed it to stretch my lower back. It feels so much better. Now time to get ready for work :) Namaste everyone. Have a good day.
Downward Facing Dog has me feeling UP at last
