I am taking a class in Introduction to Meditation at Idaho State University and part of the requirements is to Journal about my daily 15 min daily practice of meditation. I am going to combine this two YOGA and MEDITATION together and see what this practice and the present moment awareness brings!

Thank you for the hip stretching exercises prior to the meditation. I have always had a problem with flexibility, so I couldn't sit cross legged on the floor. Not only was I able to cross legged, but I think my posture was ALMOST as good as everyone's in the video. I did sit on a thin blanket, and wow, I sat for the entire meditation comfortably, for the first time in my life. I'm 51, so that says alot! Thank you! This has opened my mind to so many possibilities. Namaste.
