Learn how to practice standing poses with a partner in this fun class that includes warrior 2, extended side angle and forward folds!
Day 4
Grab your partner and move together through a series of heart opening, side stretching, twisting and balancing that ends in lord of the dance pose.
Day 1
Try the first of three videos that teach you how to press up into handstand with a partner. Follow this video with the magic carpet ride and alignment, tightness & balance
Day 2
Try this core exercise, which is part two of a three video series on how to press up into handstand with a partner. Start with the suitcase and end with alignment, tightness & balance Recommended props: 1 blanket
Day 3
Press up into handstand in the third and final video on how to press up with a partner. First try the suitcase and the magic carpet ride.
Day 4
Connect to your inner child and practice bird (or airplane!) with a partner. Be sure to move slowly and check in with your buddy at all times.
