Day 5
This is a centering and energizing detox yoga sequence that will clear you out. Explore the entire Yoga for Detox Journey Series. Recommended props: 1 block, 1 blanket
Day 6
Start with the basics to build your yoga practice. And remember, just because it's level 1 doesn't mean it's easy! Recommended props: 2 blocks
Day 7
Boost your energy with this short restorative flow that focuses on little movements that bring big results. Recommended props: 2 blocks, 1 blanket, 1 bolster
Day 8
This basic sequence takes you through the key postures that you’ll encounter in a public class. If you don’t have a blanket, use a towel. If you don’t have a block, use a thick book. If you don’t have a strap, use a belt. Recommended props: 2 blocks, 1 blanket, 1 strap
Day 9
You may find that this class replaces your morning latte - or at least reduces your dependency on it! Recommended props: 1 strap
Day 10
Brand new to yoga? This sequence is designed to fit into your busiest days so that you can start to feel the benefits of a yoga practice no matter what your schedule is. Recommended props: 2 blocks, 1 strap
Day 11
Work hard in simple poses in this short class that's designed for the beginner student who doesn't like to sit still. Recommended props: 1 block
Day 12
Get a full practice in a short amount of time for those days you just don't have an hour to spare. Recommended props: 1 block, 1 blanket, 1 strap

This is a great start for someone like me, I have taken yoga before but I feel that I have learned more in this short video about correct technique here than I have in all of the "Yoga for leg strength" type classes or videos that I have ever taken.
