Day 6
Create stability in your core with this invigorating sequence at the wall. Recommended props: 2 blocks, 1 strap
Day 7

Day 8

Practice a full class and feel all the physical and mental benefits a flow class has to offer. Recommended props: 1 block
Day 1

Day 2
If all you have is twenty minutes or less, but you still want a challenging class, this energizing yoga video is for you. If you have time for a longer practice, follow it up with part 2. Recommended props: 1 strap
