Yoga has been a mentally and physically healing tool in my life, and I'm so honored to share it with others. As an advocate for body positivity and healthy body image, I use yoga as an opportunity to strengthen both the minds and the bodies of my students. I love to use progressive sequencing, options for variations, and constantly remind my students to listen to the wisdom of their inner teachers. I aim to provide individuals of all ages, shapes, sizes, backgrounds, and abilities the tools and resources to love their bodies.
