I practice Pilates because is is the most integrated form of movement I have ever experienced. I love to think and move in ways that I never imagined or knew were possible. I never get bored with Pilates - it always challenges me and makes my body feel great.
I teach because it’s the most gratifying thing I have ever done to be able to share Pilates and help people change and feel great too. My training specialized in using the Pilates technique combined with the modern knowledge and philosophy of movement, bio-mechanic alignment, and anatomy. I am also a certified massage therapist, which adds to my therapeutic style of teaching. I teach a gentle style of Pilates, which builds deep core strength, enhances flexibility and relieves stress and tension.
