this class is perfectly sequenced for someone in their 3rd trimester. I am currently hooked on to it and practice as often as I can. I would love you to have Patty introduce some more of these classes which do not exceed more than 40 minutes please.

Back at it for my 3rd baby. Currently 35 weeks. Looks like my previous comments from past babies were about the same time. I do like this flow a lot for grounding myself and not needing too much effort/energy for this flow. It is a perfect flow for the evening for if you just need to feel grounded.

I giggled to myself realizing I posted a comment back 2 years ago when I was pregnant with my 1st! I like to read comments to see how people feel about the practice. Again like before I loved this practice especially in my 34th week now. I do like the very challenging classes but this one really slows me down perfectly at this point when I'm feeling I need more grounding in my practice!

I am 28 weeks and just found this site online. I have been fairly active in my pregnancy mostly walking and some yoga but not consistently. I am going to try my first video this afternoon.

I have been struggling a bit the past few weeks of my pregnancy (Im 32 weeks) with different issues and this class is my first in awhile. It felt GREAT and was just the push I needed. Not too hard and the stretching felt amazing. Cant wait to get back to the studio!

This is just what I needed this morning being 31 weeks along and now finding more traditional classes too difficult. It was slow in the perfect way and moving enough to really warm the body. Thank you for these great prenatal options.

This was one of the most invigorating and relaxing practices I have had so far. Patti is a wonderful, slow-moving teacher with clear directives especially during challenging poses. Constantly bringing our awareness back to our breath and to the pelvis to prepare us for a more relaxed and mindful experience. Id recommend this to anyone looking for a challenging, yet somehow gentle practice. It will ease the monkey mind and give you a few minutes post practice of delicious peace and meditation with your baby. Namaste.
Great for 3rd Trimester

Ive been doing yoga throughout my pregnancy, but at 35 weeks, Im starting to slow down a bit, so this class is perfect for me. A bit easier but still gets you warmed up. Thanks Patti!
