This is a great intermediate class- the instructions and speed flow well. Enough movement to keep the heart pumping, but also integrates hip openers and twists. Felt more relaxed and focused afterwards-exactly how a good yoga class should make you feel.

I really enjoy Laura's classes. Her instructions are so precise, correct, perfectly timed, and balanced between right/left sides of the body. Some of the movements get a bit intense, but her voice and intonation keep me focused and calm through strenuous parts of the practice. This class really was well balanced, and got some great stretches in as well as strength, and my heart rate up just the right amount. Thanks!

I enjoyed the faster pace of this video and that some of the poses were a bit different. It ended more slowly with some nice hip openers. I feel like my entire body was stretched.

I thought this class was divine. Laura does an excellent job warming us up, building heat, and cooling us down with delicious outer hip stretches. She offers a ton of variations, and always starts with the most accessible versions of each pose... so if you're new to level 2, you'll still be able to participate fully.

Challenging if just starting level 2. I loved the challenge and new poses to add to my repertoire. Clear instructions, calm voice. I liked that I had to focus and concentrate. Will do this practice regularly on my days off.

Hey I love the faster pace of this class. May I suggest meliane lora meltzer for those ladies and gentlemen who thought this class was too fast. Meliane really slows it down but does much of the same poses. I love Laura and this class! She has helped my tight shoulders tremendously. I love her dancers approach to yoga. I take this class every other day. Lost some weight too thanks to faster pace. I hope Laura's next hour class helps me open my hips as well as this class opened up my shoulders and back. Thank you!

The class mostly breaks down to ~35 minutes flow and ~25 minutes stretch. I was hoping for a little more intensity and ended up a bit disappointed.

I don't have an hour most days during the week for my practice, so Laura's 20 minute class is my go-to. I was nervous this class would be as fast paced, but I was pleasantly surprised she takes it slower here. This is a solid Level 2 class -- I was sweating for most of it -- but Laura offers modifiers to make the poses less or more challenging, and I felt like I could keep up. Laura has thought out the sequencing so well that the poses flow from one to the next seamlessly and it doesn't feel like a 60 minute class at all. YogaWorks, if you're listening, please bring her back for more well-rounded/balance flow classes!!
