I often add this on at the end of a practice. It feels sooo good on the hips. Love David's clear and concise instruction.

This is a very nice and short practice to do before your day begins. I naturally have very tight hips and hamstrings in the morning and the tightness usually causes me discomfort throughout my day if I don't stretch in the morning. This practice got to all my tight spots in a short, yet effective amount of time. 2 thumbs up =D
