One of my favorite short practices

It's great for when you have just 15 min. to squeeze in. I love this sequence and as always, David makes the sequence interesting. Great workout!

Nice routine, but I need to be a little warm before starting this sequence. Not quite the best start for early morning.
Quick Flow to Strong Self

Loved the practice and its energetic pace! Although, often I would go through the similar flow on my own, whether it before running or after work out to feel grounded and complete, I enjoyed the well-structured David`s sequence. Greatly balanced, strong flow! In particular, I liked add on of Garudasana and the variation of the arms in dolphin pose.

I like adding this class to some of the shorter "balanced" classes like David Kim's "Work In" class to get some more work building strength.

I love this particular video. 16 minutes and 38 seconds of dynamic work that makes you feel like youve done a much longer practice. Great to fit it into a busy day and walk away feeling stretched and stronger!
