Would be much more helpful with multiple angle views to ensure we're doing it correct. I'm not really sure what you mean by some of the descriptions.

Boy am I sore today. Even these 10-15 minute Level One practices are getting to places that seem to need it!

instructor is really good and keeping good form. Lots of balanced used on this one. Breathe!

Great pose reminder of what your back leg is supposed to be doing, while you are doing standing poses.

Very hard to see those small adjustments she kept making the yogis do and a bit hard to understand what she meant with some of the descriptions.
