I felt like the warm up really prepared me for the peak pose Ustrasana! This is definitely a slow paced class, but it focuses greatly on alignment and I still felt my muscles working. Very nice.

Great alignment and wonderful opportunities for strength and stretch! It started a little slow for me, but eventually, the pace was very worth it.

Lainie is an excellent instructor. Her cues are perfect and make me think about alignment in different ways than I ever have before. I love the reminders to pause for a deep breath. This particular practice is mostly about opening the upper body, but includes some flow and finishes with hip openers. Kudos for creating a class that works everything and gives it all a good stretch. More full-length classes on, please!
