such a great class. love the continuous chairs poses and the tight linking with the breath mid flow. broke a little sweat, flipped my heary rate up to a medium fast but comfortable range :)
Fun, continuous movement

The poses in this sequence aren’t particularly complicated, but the rapidity with which we do them can be challenging, especially for newer yogis. Lots of sun salutation variations, working toward one breath per movement. Jesse is really good about encouraging breaks if they’re needed. And since there is so much repetition of sequences, you can “drop in/ drop out” depending on your stamina.

This class was awesome for my tight morning hamstrings. The workout starts to get you moving right away and doesn't hold poses for too long at the beginning, when you are tight. By the end of class, I was forward folding with the best. Thank you!

I wanted to do a cardio style class to compliment the crazy cardio class I did prior to this one. So glad I chose this one, it kept my heart rate up and challenged me with the quick flow. Can't wait to do this one again.
