David's humor and lighthearted approach makes it so much more enjoyable to challenge yourself in a short class. This class had just enough flow and heat to feel vigorous but doable for a morning practice when you're still a bit stiff. Loved it. Thanks David!

This practice used just enough twists and heat to make me feel like a human again (without making me feel like I wanted to pass out) following a night of moderate drinking and before my 7th day in a row of work. And David's jokes are always a plus.
