Don't let the "Level 2" intimidate you. This is a very relaxing, therapeutic class that will not exacerbate any injuries.

I have done the sequence in this video for the past 3-4 days following a lower back injury and it has helped ENORMOUSLY. I can't remember my lower back and sacrum EVER feeling so aligned and relaxed. My finding this sequence was the silver lining to my back injury.

Instructor was great! Easy to follow directions and very calming and relaxed pace. I would consider this more of a beginner video as you don't get off the floor for the entire sequence. I finished feeling very relaxed. Overall, good video if you're looking for something calming and relaxing to work on low back.
