Easy, soothing flow that requires little effort

Quick, easy, and a nice wind-down for the day. Won't make you sweat. Perfect for just getting some nice stretches in and opening your hips, chest, and back a bit in a calming way.

The poses selected and the time spent in savasana were good. However, the sequence went too fast and did not allow time to arrive to the pose or breathe with each movement, which contradicts the name of the class.

I appreciate the grounding at the start and the savasana in the end, even if it was brief (so many classes here skip those) Easy to follow, good balance of stretch and strength, clear & succinct instructions, and new poses / variations i’ve not come across before! I feel very different and relaxed in such a short time. Thank you :)

Honestly, did this before going to bed and it was really relaxing but it could be done at any time of day. I really loved the shoulder openers, chest openers and the supine sequence done on my back. My hips feel great and I am ready for deep sleep!
