Good Reminders

As advertised, this is a very easy flow. However, the constant reminders of small adjustments to make throughout made this an incredibly useful class. It's good to go back to the basics and continue refining them.

I've done a few days of more challenging (for me) practices and after a late work night I almost decided to take today off. Instead I looked for something more gentle and grounding. This was perfect. I feel ready to start my day but happy to still have come to my mat today.
