Your directions are just wonderful. Perfect to take into the covid battle for long 18 hour days Do your yoga 1st thing in the am before you look at any screens so set it up in the evening so you're not tempted to start the battle before you are ready

As advertised, this is a very easy flow. However, the constant reminders of small adjustments to make throughout made this an incredibly useful class. It's good to go back to the basics and continue refining them.
