If you have tight hamstrings, this is the class for you. I love Mia's instruction and her overall energy: she is clearly a wise yogi who knows how to teach without taking herself too seriously. I'll do this one again!

Mia always gets me. I havent done yoga for a week because i was sick, so this class was amazing to come back, felt so good, i really needed it! Mia is always amazing, i love all her classes!!! Thank you Mia

This was a really lovely and enjoyable sequance - a nice balance of heat, stretching and relaxation. While there is a lot of talking, Mia is very positive and soothing. Great class!
