Didn't feel like 20 minutes! Lots of variety in the poses and helpful direction

My booty needs some firming and this video is doing the job! As a runner, I have a lot of problems with weak muscles in my hips and glutes and as a way to prevent injury, I need to constantly work on strengthening the small muscle groups. This class is perfect for me - just 20 minutes and it combines the strength work with the stretching and flexibility work that my body desperately needs.
