This was such a nice, well rounded class! Melanie is an awesome teacher! I always feel challenged, but also encouraged during her classes, which leaves me feeling refreshed and uplifted!
This should be a level 1

Mindful instruction, but this should not be a level 2. It's too easy and I just couldn't get warm/stay focused.

Loved this class and Melanie's instruction style! I feel stronger after completing this workout . This class definitely helped me with my balance and my muscles felt the "burn".
Tougher than it appears

This class was more challenging than other Melanie classes I've tried. The balance poses require you to hold them for a while, so if you need a class to slow down a hectic day, this would be good. Plus Melanie is gentle and encouraging as always.

I love that this sequence includes balance in the arms, legs, and core. Definitely recommend if you're looking for a well-rounded balance sequence!

Its harder than I thought it would be. Im used to Melanies level 1s! Im glad shes making the sequences more challenging. Its something to work on. Especially when balance is concerned!

Melanie is a natural teacher with a wonderful voice and presence. I love how she sprinkles in philosophy concepts in a very accessible and organic way. This was a nice change of pace with her usual sequences, which I really enjoyed! I practice her classes often and it was wonderful to have some more variety :)
