Amazing Cues!

Even for a not so true beginner, the cues in this class are awesome reminders. I felt like this was a great mental workout as well as an awesome stretch session! Loved it!

If you, like I, have chronic mid-back pain - I recommend this class! Not too much down-dog which can be painful and challenging for me. The way David brings you into down-dog and by the time he gets you there- well, for the first time I didn't experience any pain. Fantastic instruction, perfect pace for perfecting a pose without over taxing the muscular strength of a beginner.

Now, this is a practice that is perfect for a true beginner! It builds slowly, modifications are demonstrated and encouraged. Gentle and Thorough, this is a great foundational practice. Thank you, David!
