Good Quick Class To Start The Day

When in a time crunch before heading to work this worked out to build up a bit of a sweat so I could get the body a bit looser.

This is a quick practice if you don't have much time. Instead of 5 minutes of shavasana, I did stretching at the end as there is none in this practice.

Good workout but echo Danni does go too quick and his voice is jarring at the speed of which he goes. This could be a 25 minute class should he slow things down a bit.

True, his voice is not 'yoga smooth' (until shivasa, that is) and a little hurried, but well-cued, and a really nice flow. Much appreciated!

Feels more like a level 3, given the transitions and lack of instruction for those transitions. The pace of the instructor's talking made me feel stressed.

This is a pretty intense level 2 class with tricky transitions and too much talking. There was no warm up flow or poses in the beginning and a very sudden abrupt ending.

it´s more a fitness class with asanas thrown in. should be labeled a level 3 class because of the difficult transitions
