Too much instruction

Agree with others the repetitive instructions are quite distracting.

Agree that it's a level two although doing each of the poses intentionally helps strengthen the movement and workout.

I agree with others who say this has too much instruction and not any flow. Please can you give us some classes that trust we've established a good practice and don't need as much instruction so that we can actually flow and get out of our heads and just focus on the breath and build up some sweat?

Too much instruction and too slow for level 3. I expected more cardio since this came up in my cardio search, but I barely got my heart rate up. Disappointing.

I liked this class a lot, but other than the final arm balance, I'd say this was definitely a level 2.

I love how theres cardio, core, arm balance, bavkbend and a nice cool down. Eka pada bakasana - challenging!
