Dan calmly and confidently leads a no-nonsense work out as good for a total pro as it is for a novice. Great!!
Long Winded

I usually like it when teachers illuminate the nuances of poses and offer alignment cues, but he was a little long winded, even for me. I didn't mind holding the poses for a long time (that was lovely), but his discomfort with silence was distracting to my practice.
Great Strong Flow

I love this sequence! It's a great way to wake up in the morning or for a 30min break. It has great strong poses and not rushed at all. The stretch at the end is my favorite twist now.
