Great for someone who has been in bed rest!

It was exactly what I needed. I had been in bed rest for last 2 weeks reading, on laptop and just fatigued. I was searching for something very light to get blood flow going and slowly work my way back to a yoga workout. Her voice is very calming and that is important for me when I am taking the class to relax. Thank you!

Okay, here's the list: Surgery for 2 herniated lumbar discs in 2012, FAI hip surgery in 2018, and degenerative disc disease. Is this class safe for me? Thanks!

Looking for yoga that will help my knees

I was hoping to find a class that might be helpful for the arthritis in my knees. Any suggestions? I don't see something like that available.

Is this relaxing without the use of props? I've done it twice with blankets and I'm not comfortable in the supported child's pose or savasana.

The bolster turns out to be the key to allowing me to really stretch within my own tight painful body and to deeply enjoy downward dog at last. And I, too, fell asleep in savasana! :D
