Couch cushion!

Was bumming that I don't have a bolster when she mentioned a couch cushion would do--and it did! So this practice was helpful in multiple ways--body/mind restorative and fresh perspective!

I have had a rough 2 days, work really changes my patterns. So, today I was out a wack. I stopped myself in my tracks and decided to take this class. Just as good as the one in studio!
