Thank you for a great session. It was a fantastic, smart sequence. Lots of core work in planks, gently building up to the challenging peak pose. I'm left feeling energised yet calm and I can breathe deeply - before I was so bunged up! Thanks again.
Hard on the wrists

Maybe because I'm a rock climber, I'm hyper-attuned to how my wrists are feeling, but this practice was a bit hard on them. Otherwise, it was fantastic!
Hips opened

Wonderful sequence to open and access the hips. It was a challenging practice that built well to the peak poses of flying pigeon and EPK - my body felt ready to go for it and enjoy!

What a great sequence, Patti. It was challenging in a way that made me focus intently and want to work just a little bit harder. And thank you for including a few snippets of mindfulness - which many of these videos do not have. Almost made me feel like I was back in a YogaWorks studio - something I do not have where I live. Feeling inspired and looking forward to revisiting this sequence soon!
