Forgot to say that I liked how the first part was more of a tradional flow before the sliding and focus areas. :) this helped me get more into the practice before working the core, butt and chest!

Finally completed the entire series! This is by far my favorite - worked all the muscles and especially core!! Will save this one to do again! Thank you 🙏🏻

This is a keeper for over-booked days, road trips, energy pick-ups, and reconnecting mind and body through strengthening and stretching. The instructions are clear and cheerful, and self-care is encouraged throughout the class. A smart end to a ten-day journey, and a good refresher to use again and again.
