The class is eight minutes long. It feels like four.

This class passes fast. As always, Danni's coaching is clear, and it's easy to see why each move is included. Effective techniques, easy to incorporate into any ab-strengthening routine or hotel workout. For level two, it's easy. It might be better longer, but it's nice to have a quick, simple routine to return to, and at eight minutes, it could be added to any session, any time, to keep the core strong.
