I really enjoy your creativity in sequencing, Mia. It adds variety and fun to the practice. Loved the dynamic in the poses, it helped me in maintaining rhythmic breath.

I need more strength in my hamstrings (and legs in general). Feeling a bit overstretched from the 21 day challenge. This will hopefully counter balance my hammies a bit.

This class is a great workout. It challenged me and pushed me to try new poses! My Warrior 3 improved even within the duration of the class and I feel toned all up and down my legs and booty. I will be taking this class again!
