Thank you Melanie for your clear and precise, friendly and natural way of teaching these classes for beginners. I have been doing this and the 30min class for beginners on a regular basis, and I benefit a lot from them.

Melanie does such a great job of helping me to visualize the muscle movement. I usually get a lot of tension in my lower back from bridge, but this time I could feel the difference. thx!
