I always love Melanie's simple but deceptively probative yoga method — she knows how to open you up! A great little practice if you're stiff, getting back into yoga, or like moving slowly but with mental attention.

I've been bed-bound all day with a cold but this short not-too-strenuous sequence helped my sore muscles get some movement without exhausting me. This one is perfect when you're tired or sick but need to get a little blood flowing!
