Not really pranayama

The teacher is great, but the title is misleading. This isn't a pranayama practice at all--just very basic instructions in how to sit and count your breath (no ujjayi, no bandhas, very quick breath count). This would only be helpful for someone who's never counted their breath or sat in meditation before.

This was a relaxing and mindful class. I liked being reminded that whatever comes to the surface afterwards is to be accepted and part of the process. It's so easy to think I'm meditating incorrectly and be critical. Thank you for that.
