Great post walk sequence!

I went on a HOT summer morning walk (26.5 weeks with twin fraternal boys), and I needed to stretch and needed to work out a sore right lat muscle in my back — and this was GREAT! I feel more energized and super calm in all my limbs. I added some side stretching in straddle and forward straddle folds in at the end and I'm like a new mama!
