Hard on the wrists

Continuously for the first 6 minutes, and then through the most of the class you put a lot of pressure on your wrists. By the time to get upside down my wrists were so exhausted that I couldn’t hold the L-shape pose.
Strength & Focus

I loved the way this class /inversion prep enhances focus. The slow pace and long holds are perfect for building stamina and I find that becoming aware of the body/mind processes helps tremendously when going upside down. Note that this is not a well rounded practice but a specific prep for inversions... and not your best choice when you want to enjoy a juicy flow ;)
