Great short sequence when you have just a few minutes, or want to squeeze in a little extra strength/cardio! Love it!
Freezing at apply tv

I’ve been streaming from my phone using apply tv and it freezes every 20 seconds or so. So frustrating! Anyone have this happen with them, any suggestions?

Try taking auto lock off your phone if it’s on. That’s helped me before. It might be freezing every time your phone locks automatically.

This was great. The whole time issue is well addressed. I literally had people walking in a locked door twice asking me how much longer I was going to be.

Really near, well timed workout sequence. it gets the bod moving without taking a big chunk out of your day.
Just as much strength-building as cardio

I wasn't expecting this class to be so strenuous due to its Level 1 designation, but it was a pleasant surprise. If it were not for the amount of instruction I would consider this class a Level 2. For being a cardio class I was expecting lots of quick sun salutations, but instead Melanie has you repeatedly hold a few strength-building poses (plank, chair, half boat) to build heat. It flies by -- it's only 15 minutes, after all -- so don't expect much of a cool down.
