Nice quick practice when you are short on time. Also love it after a run. I agree it is a level 2, but it was fine by me.

An energizing class - good for those mornings when you need to ease into a practice but still want a challenge (though I agree with the below comments - its more of a Level 2 challenge). Pattis voice is incredibly calming, which is very helpful during more challenging poses.

Great class for relaxing and detoxifying. Her pasifying voice makes it perfect for a lazy day, but its not a level 3.
