Awesome restorative practice

I needed this after a tense work day. It was just what I needed to restore me and prepare me for rest. Love it. I will make this one of my regulars.
Good relaxation but skip the props

This was an excellent relaxation sequence, however it would be better without all the props. I'd say skip all the hoo-ha altogether and just do shavasana, or a series of light stretches lying down.

I was looking for the perfect sequence at the end of a stressful week, but that is not it. This is basically just lying down. In silence. I needed to stretch too.

This was a nice practice. The side twists felt really good to my back. I didnt like the 2nd to last pose where I laid on the bolster and did a back bend with my head and shoulders on the ground. This did not feel good to my mid & lower back so I had to skip it. I will definitely do this practice again, but with modifications next time.

What a perfect mini restorative session! I did it in a hotel room without any real props but made it work with pillows and towels. I feel like a new person after a 6h flight!
