I did this one in the evening before bed and loved feeling like I'd worked my abs a bit, while the stretches were calming and delicious. Ready to tuck in now and go for a run in the morning!

I run a lot and I'm not religious about stretching afterwards. This is a nice opener for the hips and hamstrings, and it's quick!

Great session. Gets into those uncomfortable places that most of us hate working on but should work on more often. Loved how she mixed some good core into this as well! Wish there was a longer session like this one :)
