Great class if you are looking to do some yoga but don’t have the energy to do a full class.. I really enjoyed it after my gym work out..
Very basic and traditional poses

This could be good for first thing in the morning or maybe to close out your day. I didn’t feel any challenge throughout the practice.

Maria's voice is calming and direct. The sequence is relatively simple, with lots of hop-openers (forward folds, triangle, crescent, thread-the-needle) and a focus on the breath.
