Thank you Sarah. This course made my aching side feel 100% better. It so true that most classes focus on front and back so its nice to have a class focused not only on the side but on the "correct" way to do side bends. Carole Rowe 04/27/19

A wonderful class to open the sides, which are so often overlooked. I've been waiting for a class like this for a while. I wish the seated poses the teacher offers at the end were used more often in other classes! I also appreciated Sarah's instructions - precise and helpful - mixed with her gentle sense of fun. It's a very nice class, and I felt wonderful after.
