I have become obsessed with your amazing yoga classes, Vytas! I have watched a handful so far, and now find myself waking up just a little earlier to try to squeeze in an extra class before the children get out of bed. My shoulders are screaming at me right now, but this class might be my favorite so far!

I don't normally review anything, but this class was incredible. You get a little bit of everything, so you can call it full body. I am an accountant and this is exactly what my shoulders will need at least once a week. Love it!!

I am recovering from broken wrists and have been struggling to regain upper body mobility, especially in turning my palms. This class felt AMAZING! The movements felt fresh.
