Brigitte, thank you very much for this wonderful class. I appreciate the fact you explained positioning prior and during the poses along with direction and valuable insight, I felt as though I was physically in your class :). I was able to ensure my positioning was accurate and I just loved your encouragement which allowed me to clear my head and keep me present, five stars would not be enough.

Way too much cueing - no space to experience the poses. Additionally the cueing is based on a breath rhythm of 10 count for inhale and exhale.
