I enjoyed this class but definitely more of a level 1 class. it was great for stretching my wrist and chest though so thank you Danni.

I really wish this instructor would learn to stop talking as much as he does. His flow is wonderful for anyone desk bound at their day job. But the incessant chatting is distracting.

This stretch is helpful in relieving the pain I have in my right hand after using my hand all day. Would consider it a Level 1. Thank you!

I usually stick to the beginner videos but this was easy to follow and the wrist stretches felt so nice! Highly recommend for anyone like me with a desk job.
