I started feeling low back pain last night and I assumed it was from a hard workout yesterday, which tends to happen to me if my legs and hip flexors are tight! Decided to search Yoga works for low back sequence and this was so awesome! I am in the process of moving (down sizing) so it's been a challenge to keep up my routine and self care! Thank you so much Dani 🙌🏻 Would love to see more classes like this also 😉

THANK YOU Dani, you're a freakin' goddess. 20 minutes of this class did what weeks of Motrin,Flexaril, heating pads, hot baths, and Biofreeze couldn't touch. My jacked up back feels instantly better after weeks of moving into a new house and chronic pain. You just saved me a chiro visit. Namaste and muchas gracias!

I have been having such incredible low back pain a. I am finally comfortable. I have been struggling with a diffcult emotional situation, and as we entered savasana...I finally felt a sense of relief. Even more important, I'm able sit peacefully for my meditation. Thank you so much!

Just what we needed...gentle deep stretching of the muscles that often get overworked and underappreciated. Amazing gentle spirit leading this valuable class...I will be recommending it to some of my patients with chronic back issues.

I woke up at Lake Havasu this morning with my back spasming and unable to move. Luckily I had my laptop and a mat still in my car. Using a hotel pillow as a bolster, my husbands belt as a strap, and beach towels for blocks and blankets I attempted to start your session. It wasn't pretty, but it slowly worked. I am now moving spasm free and almost normally. Thank you for saving my vacation.

I have had lower back pain for years and yoga really helps to manage movement and pain. I get the occasional flare up with acute pain - just finished this class and it feels a lot better. Less pain, more range of movement and energy in my lower back. Highly recommend!

I liked this for the lower back, my neck seems to feel better, too. You do also need a strap and two blocks may be helpful.

I suffer lower back pain for 5 days now. After this class they are not gone, but the pain is significantly less. Thank you very very much for this great class. waiting for more with a smile on my face. Yvonne
