Nice class but

If you have tight shoulders and thoracic, this class is not going to help much. The cues to pin your shoulders or move it into your upper thoracic are meaningless when this area is tight.
Anne is the bomb

I'm so sad she retired from YW, but she has been one of the most awesome YogaWorks method instructors and she always delivers such a balanced, well-informed practice with conscious cueing and the bonus of accessible pacing and tone. Love this class and how much is gotten out of just 45 minutes on the mat.
Expected more back relief

I went into this class expecting more back relief than I got out of it. I felt like I got a sort-of-restorative class mixed with a sort-of-strength class and the sequence just didn't hit the spot on either side! On the plus side, the instructor was calm and described each pose very well, which was helpful!

Her cueing is simply amazing. I have shoulder issues but Anne's prep and cues made them feel strong and capable. So so loved this one!

Favorite class yet! Started Yogaworks a few weeks ago and this class is a winner. Fantastic instruction, perfectly paced, easy to follow and a good mix of strength and stretch

I got a really good stretch. Such a good workout and very challenging. I loved how we used the wall to do twists. I will save this for later.
